The calculator

The BMI calculator and the calorie estimate use standard formulas and give general estimates for adults aged 18 and over. They do not diagnose anything, they are not a personalised plan, and a Slim Diet programme is not generated from them. The figures are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us.

The programme

This website describes the Slim Diet programme and how to ask about it. Nothing is sold on this website. Programme details and availability are discussed with you directly before you begin.

The Slim Diet app

The customer app at app.drslimcare.com is a separate service for Slim Diet customers. The Customer login link on this website takes you there.

Links to WhatsApp and to other websites take you to services that have their own terms and privacy policies.
